Girl Injured at Bridal Veil Falls
A teenage girl was hit by a rock while hiking in the Bridal Veil Falls area. SAR evacuated her using several lowering stations down steep scree slopes.

Two individuals whose vehicle was stuck in the snow wandered away and spent the night lost near Halls Fork and Hobble Creek Left Fork (one individual hiked several miles from Halls Fork to Left Fork).
The second individual was spotted by airplane and transported to the hospital by Life Flight as SAR teams approached on 4 wheelers and motorcycles.

A hiker found himself stuck on a precarious cliff in Battle Creek Canyon. PG Fire was able to assist him to safety as SAR hiked up the canyon.

Two individuals were injured in an ATV rollover near Thistle in Spanish Fork Canyon. One was flown out on LifeFlight, the other was brought down by team members and transported by ambulance.

SAR responded to a pair of calls for missing children – one near Tibble Fork and one at Bridal Veil Falls. Both children were quickly located and the call was canceled.
