When two empty kayaks were reported in lower Hobble Creek, SAR responded and searched the river to ensure no boaters were involved. The kayaks had apparently been abandoned.

Four brief call outs over the past week involved a dIspute in the Billie’s Mountain area, a motorcyclist going off the road above Maple Dell Scout Camp, a call to Eagle Mountain to assist with an overdue 16 yr. old female and 10 yr. old boy, and one to the Dairy Fork area.

A report of overdue snowmobilers in Diamond Fork, Dip Vat area. Teams responded on snowmobiles to a coordinate given to the Sheriff’s Office by a SPOT tracking device. Two well prepared individuals were located and brought out on snowmobiles with team members.
